Day 298 - June 8, 2010

One of the greatest perks about living in Southern California is the vast array of locally grown fruits and vegetables available year round. During a recent shopping trip, I stocked our fridge full of peppers in every colour under the sun, fresh baby spinach, strawberries, blackberries, grapes, peaches, bananas, nectarines, and mangoes. Out with the sugary sweet baked goods and in with the fresh berry smoothies and fruit kabobs!
