Day 185 - November 26, 2011

I'm 6 months old today!

Mommy cannot believe half a year has passed.

At a whopping 20.0 lbs, I have stayed above the 95th percentile.

I'm 27 inches long.

I'm quickly outgrowing my 6 month clothing.

Mommy keeps telling me I need to slow down, but I don't see that happening.

There is just too much to discover!

Day 183 - November 24, 2011

I know we should be celebrating Adelyn's first American Thanksgiving, but with the release of her Daddy's latest film, Arthur Christmas, we've got Christmas on the brain!

Arthur Christmas is sure to be a delightful film for the whole family.

I cannot wait to see what my husband has poured his heart into for the last year and see his name on the big screen, once again (look for Gregory under "Lighting & Compositing Artists").

But the thing I'm most looking forward to, the thing that will leave me beaming with pride will be when I see our little production baby's name appear on the screen as the credits roll.

Our sweet Adelyn is famous!

When I was pregnant with Adelyn, I used to take daily walks around our neighbourhood. It was on those walks that I would talk to God and thank Him for the sweet little life growing inside of me. I came to notice that while I prayed, I would see tiny white and yellow butterflies dancing in the flowerbeds down our street. So today, we thought it very fitting to take Adelyn to the Butterfly Conservatory in Niagara Falls. And once again, I gave thanks to God for my sweet baby girl.
